ABOUT
"Apple CEO" is an interactive, informative application, and facilitates access to a range of relevant functionalities, giving each employee the opportunity to become a Telekom ambassador to friends or family. Through the application, one can create Customer Service tickets with high priority, initiate sales leads, can propose ideas for optimizing internal processes of the company. Also users can signal competitors development (new products, development of infrastructure, etc.) in the markets. They also can check and measure the quality of Telekom signal on their mobile phone in specific locations. In the same time the application works as an internal communication tool, showing updated information about events, news and strategy of the company.
WHAT WE DID ?
We elaborated the concept based on the customer requirements, designed the application and implemented on two mobile platforms. Also, we build the tools for managing and monitor the content coming from app users
FUNCTIONALITY
Ability to send different types of tickets posting with details and photos. The measuring of signal strength and post it to the administration. News, Surveys, Internal communication using push notifications.
